We make gifting simple. Instead of buying supplies and assembling gifts yourself, you choose a curated gift box, and we handle everything, including sourcing items, packing, and presentation. 

This makes gifting easy, meaningful, and stress-free for weddings, new moms, dog owners, and more.

Who are your gift boxes for?

Our boxes are designed for anyone who wants to send a thoughtful gift. Popular groups include brides and grooms, new moms, dog owners, and people who want to send "thinking of you" gifts.

Do you offer free samples or free trials?

No, we do not offer free samples or trials at this time.

How do I choose the right size if needed?

If an item comes in different sizes, size guidelines are provided directly on the product page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I use coupons or discount codes?

Yes. Coupons or discount codes can be entered at checkout. We also offer a 10 percent discount for customers who sign up with their email address.

How do I know when an item is out of stock?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, recipient preference, or delayed delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.

ow do I request a refund for a damaged or incorrect item?

Send an email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

If your request is approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to appear.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping rates are:

  • Standard shipping at 9.99 USD
  • Express shipping at 14.99 USD

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship within the United States only.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Build A Box LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

You may contact the carrier directly if you are unable to locate your package. Replacement or refund decisions may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We cannot change the delivery address once an order has shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Do you offer in-store returns, exchanges, or door pickup?

No. We do not offer in-store returns, exchanges, or door pickup services.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

No. Our products are not covered under warranty.
