Return and Refund Policy
At Build A Box LLC, each gift box is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. Because of the nature of our products, the following return and refund guidelines apply.
All Sales are Final
Due to the curated and often personalized nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Recipient preference
- Delayed delivery
- The customer provided an incorrect address
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Event & Wedding Orders
All orders fulfilled for weddings, events, or specific dates are considered final once delivered or set up, as they are prepared specifically for your timeline and event needs.
Exchanges & Pickup Services
We do not offer returns, exchanges, in-store returns, or door pickup services.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved under a valid claim:
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 10–14 business days
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We do not issue store credit in place of refunds unless agreed upon
Warranty Information
Our products are not covered under any warranty.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed for shipment. If an order is canceled before processing, customers will be notified by email.
Address Changes
We are unable to modify delivery addresses once an order has shipped. Please verify shipping information before completing checkout.
