Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- Express Shipping: $14.99
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Transit times may vary based on the shipping address and carrier conditions.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 2–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Total delivery Time
Total delivery time 4-6 business days as order processing time 2-3 business
days and transit time 2-3 business days.
Discounts
Customers who sign up with their email address may use a 10% discount code at checkout. Discounts do not apply to shipping rates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Build A Box LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If there is a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking details.
Replacement or refund decisions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Since we do not ship outside the United States, no customs duties, import taxes, or international delivery timelines apply.
